Fatima Ouali was born in Mirirt and moved to Zaowia Oued Ifrane when she married her husband. Her husband works in the fields and when there is no harvest to be had, he works as a shepherd. Fatima and her husband have five children who are studying in school. Through the sales of her carpet, Fatima hopes that she can continue to take care of her father, who suffers from dementia. If she were able to save a lot more money, she would like to go on her Hajj, an Islamic pilgrimage.
This rug is woven in the flatweave style with the motifs woven into the overall design. The hanbel has a bohemian chic feel and can accent any open space.
