MEET THE MAKERS
Karima Dabichi
Karima is a Figuig native. She is one of the few women in the area to graduate from high school. After graduating, she took a course on technology and is now taking the lead on managing her association’s online store. While she was young, Karima learned how to weave. In 2005, she joined the association because she believed that the association was doing a great job in showcasing the culture of Figuig and she wanted to contribute to that mission with her skills. She now serves as the association’s secretary.
