Sophia Ait Elhoussine

Sophia Ait Elhoussine was born in 1960 in Timgallouna, a village located on the M’goun River in the Rose Valley of the High Atlas. She moved to Ait Bouguemez after getting married. Unfortunately, in the beginning of November 2020, Sfia’s husband was one of the victims of Covid 19 and she is now a widow. As it is the case for most of the ladies of Numedia Tabudrart Coop, she learned the techniques of weaving when she was young thanks to the support of her mother.
