Everything you need to know about booking artisan workshops and experiences with Anou for your clients.

Workshops & Pricing

We offer hands-on artisan workshops at our cooperative in Fez. During weaving workshops, participants are served traditional Moroccan tea with pastries.

Group Discount

Groups of 20 participants or more receive a 25% discount on the per-person price. For groups under 20, the standard price applies.

Hours & Availability

We welcome visitors and workshop groups

Every day, 10:00 AM — 10:00 PM

Closed on Mondays

Please book your preferred date and time slot when making a reservation. We recommend booking at least one week in advance for groups larger than 10.

Cancellation Policy

7+ days before the booking

Full refund of the amount paid.

Between 72 hours and 7 days before the booking

50% refund of the amount paid.

Less than 72 hours before the booking

No refund. The full amount is retained.

Rescheduling

Each booking may be rescheduled once to a new date that suits you, subject to availability. To reschedule, please contact us at hello@theanou.com.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods for Moroccan agencies:

Card payment (MAD) — Pay directly online via our secure payment gateway
Bank transfer (MAD) — Transfer to our Al Barid Bank account. A unique amount with centimes will be generated on your invoice for reconciliation

When booking on our website, select the Paying in MAD? option to receive your proforma invoice with payment details.
