MEET THE MAKERS
Mena Adad
Mena Adad was born in the 80โs and is originally from Tadula Zanfi. She has been a member of the association since the first month that the association opened. She learned how to weave from her mom as weaving is an important activity, alongside housework, for the women of the region. Mena also does some embroidery and crochet within the association. With these craft skills, she hopes that she can improve her income and develop her craft further so her products are marketable globally.
