Fatima Mtous is from the village of Tadula Zanfi. She is the mother of two boys and one girl. She learned how to weave from her mom. Today she is taking literacy courses at a small qsuaranic school in the village. She has been weaving all her life. When she was younger, her father would often show off her rugs to her friends and eventually she got more and more recognition. At first, they would become gifts to people on special occasions and then she eventually showed them at local craft fairs. Because of this, she is one of the more traveled women of the village and has traveled to Marrakech, Agadir, Khemissit, and other places.
Hasna was born in the 1970’s. When she was younger, she moved to Tadula Zanfi because her dad found work in the local area as a miner. Her oldest son and daughter are both enrolled in high school and her younger daughter is still in elementary school. Hasna joined the association when it was first established and has loved working within it ever since, even though it only produces a small amount of income. She hopes that the sales can eventually improve so she can earn enough money to cover all the costs of putting her children through school.

The designs made by the association are rooted in the long weaving history of the region. Many of these rugs, known as Taznakht rugs, are made distinct by bright reds and yellows, colors that represent the landscape in which the rugs were made.
