Sarah Obana was born in 1997 in Iskaour region, she is a married woman with two kids. Sara learned carpet weaving from her neighbor at the age of 22. She continued to weave after she got married in order to financially support her husband. She couldn't continue her studies at the middle school because it was too far from where she lived. In 2016 she joined the Tifawin Cooperative in order to develop her skills and improve her financial situation.
