Safaa Essaidi is Hicham’s sister. She grew up with the Damascene/inlaid objects that her father and brother made. She chooses to continue her studies to better participate in building the family company. She is responsible for the atelier, the accounting and the tracking of the customer’s orders. All of these tasks allow her to understand the market and have an idea of the products sold. Also, it enables her to have a close working relationship and collaboration with her brother.
