In her spare time, she likes to go for walks with family. She has a goal to establish a private foundation to help people with handicap or specific needs. As a young teenager, she has also to take care of home after finishing school work. She believes that God will see her motivation and dedication and help her to have a better life.

Souad is the founder of the Women's Leather Collective of Marrakech. Her husband was a famous leather artisans but when he fell ill, Souad took over his business and turned into the the bustling cooperative that it is today. She and her husband have three children and she hopes to grow the cooperative into a profitable, much sought after business in the near future.
